The ST.01 is a side table designed in line with the aesthetic principles of the Sony Experience Center (SEC). Its modern and technical appearance reflects the SEC’s design language, emphasizing functionality and material honesty. The table features two legs made of 30x30 mm aluminium system profiles and a solid, two-part tabletop crafted from recycled cedar wood. Both materials are integral elements of the SEC showroom concept. The wooden blocks are securely attached to the legs using screw bolts.

01 Properties
The ST.01 is a compact side table designed with a focus on technical clarity and material honesty. With dimensions of 270 mm in height, 330 mm in width, and 240 mm in depth, and a weight of 2.5 kg, it is lightweight and versatile. The tabletop consists of two solid cedar wood blocks, while the legs are formed by two blocks of aluminium system profiles. The structure is reinforced with four stainless steel profile connectors. This combination of materials ensures both stability and a clean, modern aesthetic.
02 Versatilety
The design principles of the ST.01 side table can be seamlessly applied to other furniture pieces such as stools, benches, or sideboards. The combination of aluminium system profiles and recycled cedar wood, along with the clear, functional formal language, creates a modular and cohesive aesthetic.
